By purchasing an item at chosenskinstudio.com you automatically accept our terms & conditions, therefore please read the following carefully.

Ordering

When placing an order at our website, you will shortly after receive a conformation email when the purchase has been accepted and dispatched. When shopping at chosenskinstudio.com there exist a binding agreement between you and Chosen Skin when your order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in case of misprints, change of price or sold out items.

Payment

You can pay directly to our bank account, if you do, please use your invoice no. as reference. Your order will not be shipped before we receive the payment on our account.

You can also pay with Mastercard & VISA. Your order will be dispatched when your payment has been approved.

All prices include 25% VAT in Danish kroner.

If payment with credit card was chosen during checkout, Chosen Skin will debit the card when the order has been packaged and send to the customer.

Delivery

We ship with DAO.

Orders within Denmark will arrive within 2-5 workdays, after receiving your order confirmation.

International orders will arrive within 2-10 workdays.

With DAO you can choose following shipment methods:

  • Delivery to a store near you, 45 DKK including VAT
  • Home delivery, 49 DKK including VAT
  • It is also possible to pick up your order at our office in Odense at Jagtvej 50 1. TV.

Pick up at our address is only possible with an agreement. We will contact you by email, to arrange pick up.

The delivery policy above is only valid in Denmark (not including Greenland & Faroe Islands)

Chosen Skin is not responsible for any damages during transportation. We pack orders carefully to avoid any damages.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day of receipt. For returns please notify us on the following email: nanna@chosenskinstudio.com. Please state the reason for your return.

To accept your return we expect to receive the product in the same condition as delivered in. That meaning we wont accept any returns were the product have been worn, washed or altered. It is allowed to try on the product as you would in a store. When the order has been checked you will receive your refund on the same bank account which was used for the purchase.

You are responsible for the return expenses. Please include your invoice with the return package.

Notifications of defect

You have the right to complain about any of our products within 2 years after purchase. If the defects, deficiencies or wear and tear are due to negligent use, lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear, your right to complain is lost. We will carefully go through any complaints, and you should therefore send an email to nanna@chosenskinstudio.com explaining the problem with the product.

Chosen Skin reserve the right to reject complaints on products which have not been handled correctly and according to instructions. You will find “wash & care”-instructions under each product.

Chosen Skin will not cover the shipment fees in case of a complaint.
